This two-session course features multi-family Passive House case-studies recorded at the April and May, 2020, Passive House MA open meetings. In the first, Tim McDonald discusses his latest large Passive House project in Pennsylvania, Front Flats. In the second, Michelle Apigian discusses her new affordable Passive House in Gloucester, Harbor Village, and shares lessons learned from the nearly-completed Finch Cambridge affordable project.
