Passive House 101: An Introduction to Passive Buildings - Spring 2021 Edition

This session will review the Passive House building standard and certifications, highlight design and construction principles, showcase examples and case studies of built projects, and explain the available incentives from Mass Save for projects and training. 

All experience levels welcome for this introductory course covering various building types including mid to high rise multifamily, low rise and single family, affordable housing, and commercial offices. Great for architects, builders, contractors, developers, and policy makers who are either new to Passive House or looking for a refresher on the up-to-date standards and incentives as of 2021.
